Michele Adams has been successfully handling insurance industry recruiting, staffing and placement for over 14 years in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas.  She prides herself in handling the search and placement process with professionalism, dedication, honesty, confidentiality, accuracy, simplicity and customization by understanding the career goals of her candidates, the individual needs of her clients and the insurance industry in general.  She also adds a friendly, caring, personal touch and a no nonsense style which is uniquely her own.  Her recruiting motto is “if the candidate exists, I will find him/her”.
