

THE SEARCH PROCESS
A&A starts by thoroughly understanding our individual client’s needs and the position’s
specifications. The most important factor in finding the right candidate is being aware of
the need to be fulfilled and/or the problem to be solved. Through our experience and
extensive communication with the Hiring Manager, Human Resources Person and/or the
President, we are able to evaluate job specifications and department needs, assess the
position’s requirements and the personal characteristics necessary to make a successful
long-term match.
We screen all applicants to confirm they possess the qualities, experience and work ethics
that meet A&A standards. Once an applicant passes the initial screening process and
becomes a candidate, we thoroughly interview and evaluate the individual’s employment
history, education, special skills, short and long-term goals along with their likes, dislikes
and individual personality to ensure the best placement possible. We also request and
check references with previous employers and/or business associates according to our
clients preference.
